Common issue affecting 2015–2018 models with premium Bowers & Wilkins Audio amplifier: XC90, S90, V90
Spare working amplifier may be hard to find, however your faulty part can be fixed. It is located under passenger seat.
Common symptoms:
- Amplifier turns on, it has no fault codes , but there is no sound coming from speakers
- One or several sound channels is not working or working incorrectly
- The fuse for amplifier is blowing immediately when amplifier is plugged in
- No car sounds (parking assistance, key reminder, turn indicators).
All of the above faults can be repaired even if internal components are shorted or there is a "hole" in PCB from burned component.

- Click on "Buy it now", select shipping and pay for the service.
- Remove the module from the vehicle (try to find on youtube.com disassembling instruction) and make sure it is boxed and packaged well.
- Print shipment label and call courier for pickup. After repair you will receive your repaired item.
Programming:
All original programming/coding remains intact during test and rebuild, simply plug and play when you receive it back.
Repair time:
We will need your unit for approximately 2 days + shipment to complete the full rebuild.
