We offer Volvo On Call Disable service for Volvo VCM LTE modules (Gen.2) used in Volvo SPA / CMA platform vehicles manufactured from 2018 to 2022.
This service is intended for vehicles showing faults related to the Volvo On Call system, especially when the dashboard displays:
“Volvo On Call – Service required”
We can professionally disable the Volvo On Call system, so the warning message will no longer appear on the instrument cluster.
In cases where the internal modem has failed, the VCM LTE module itself does not need to be replaced just to remove the Volvo On Call fault.
After programming, there will be no need to replace the backup battery, reset the backup battery lifetime, or deal with repeated backup battery warnings. If required, the backup battery can also be disconnected completely, as well as any other Volvo On Call related modules (External SIM card reader, backup microphones, antennas etc.).

- Click on "Buy it now", select shipping and pay for the service.
- Remove the module from the vehicle (try to find on youtube.com disassembling instruction) and make sure it is boxed and packaged well.
- Print shipment label and call courier for pickup. After repair you will receive your repaired item.
Programming:
All original programming/coding remains intact during test and rebuild, simply plug and play when you receive it back.
Repair time:
We will need your unit for approximately 2 days + shipment to complete the full rebuild.
